You are unique and multifaceted, a mixture of all your life learning and experiences, respecting this, I work collaboratively with you to provide a personalised therapeutic approach to best fit your needs, whether it’s counselling, psychotherapy or coaching that you seek.
When we meet for your initial appointment you will have the opportunity to share your concerns with me and together, we will discuss and develop a plan of action suited specifically to your needs, wishes and goals.
I work pluralistically, meaning I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic/Experiential Person-Centred therapy, Emotion Focused therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based therapy and Solution Focused therapy. I also promote the use of expressive arts for therapeutic purposes and facilitating personal development and creativity.

I usually offer face to face appointments but due to the current global situation with covid-19 and the need for everyone to socially distance or self-isolate I am now offering help and support by telephone and online using Zoom.
